The Outstanding Buildings of the Year
The BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Award is the most prestigious award, in commercial real estate, a member can obtain. It is the only competition that honors outstanding commercial buildings for excellence in building management and operational efficiency.
All facets of a building's operations are thoroughly evaluated including its tenant relations, community involvement, emergency preparedness and security procedures, building standards, sustainability, energy management, accessibility and overall exceptional management practices.
Congratulations to those properties who won in Orange County. These winners are invited to compete for the Pacific Southwest Regional TOBY Award to have the opportunity to achieve the prestigious BOMA International TOBY® Award presented at the BOMA International Conference in June 2016.
