| California’s eight local Building Owners and Managers Associations are unified under BOMA California, to testify on legislative issues that affect the commercial real estate industry with greater authority. Up to five elected members of each local association serve on the BOMA California Board of Directors, and one elected officer from each association sits on BOMA California’s Executive Committee. This formula ensures that every BOMA member in California has a voice in the setting of policies of BOMA California. |
